The actual recipe is a jealously garded secret but it is made from badger's milk, strawberry dew and buttercup pollen. It is trodden by Elertons who are similar to faunes but have another forward facing set of horns and smaller hooves which secrete a sticky sweet substance between March and April. This aids greatly in the production of rennet and has said to have given clover tea its incandescent qualities.

Due to my help with the production of dandelion water used during the making of Brambledock Cheese I was sent on a delligation to help the pygmies of the The Camargue in the rennet wars.

The main dispute was whether rennet should be used from the gall bladder of the horse or from fourth stomack of the giraffe.
